I have nothing against the Wii, and relatively little care about any sort of production methods a company may choose.
I have no idea how they make Wii's, nor do I think Chinese people look like enslaved stickmen.

You have no rights to sue me.

Well... I claim artistic license to use as much hyperbole as I please...

But I s'pose that it just seems like too many things are made in China, considering that Canada/USA both have the means to create most--if not all--of the products we get from China/overseas.

Handmade stuff is awesome though, so kudos to you. :)

But when they produce it at pennies a day, and considering how cheap the shipping industry is these days, it's surprising anything still gets made in Canada at all... It doesn't seem like fair trade when the cost of labour / rights of workers are so vastly different from one country to the next.

As a matter of fact... Canada will soon be a part of China (as will the rest of the world).

So we can assume 'yes' to that question.
